My love for Smooooothies is strong

Oh, smoothies! They are delicious, healthy, easy to make and pretty gorgeous too. And there is no morning without one. And I try to always make enough to bring a small jar to work if/when I get hungry. Here are some of my favourite smoothies and ingredients.

Your smoothie your rules

There are no rules when it comes to smoothies, mix whatever you think will taste good. I stick to this few steps:

My Base: coconut water, water or some almond or oat milk

In my every smoothie: bananas, cinnamon, plums/dates or figs and chia seeds

Extras: oats, apples, dry/frozen or fresh berries, lemon juice, oranges, kiwi, mango, strawberries or other seasonal fruit. For extra smoothness add some avocado.

Good morning smoothie

2 bananas, apple, orange, lemon juice,  strawberries, 3 dry plums, cinnamon, 1/2 cup of oats

Green smoothie

Frozen young spinach, 2 bananas, cinnamon, coconut water, dry figs, chia seeds


Blueberry smoothie

2 bananas, oat milk, blueberries, dates, cinnamon, chia seeds, 1/2 cup of oats

Weapon of choice
