I discovered something that quickly changed my live- GREEN SMOOTHIES. This blended drink of fresh fruits and leafy greens gives you energy, a fast healthy meal that transforms our bodies from the inside out. Green smoothies are detoxifying, alkalizing, and will encourage your body to burn off fat.

The most important tip is: this simply formula is 60% fruits to 40% leafy greens. Green smoothies are a pretty simply combo: leafy greens+fruits+liquid base+some extras like superfoods.

To get a really ‘smooth’ cocktail, blend up your leafy greens with liquid base first, then add fruits and blend again. If you want a chilly smoothie freeze your favourite fruits like banana/pineapple/berries or grapes. This way you will never waste ripe fruits. That’s really great!
Use raw natural sweeteners like sweet fruits (dates/mango/pineapple) or raw agave syrup/pure stevia/honey (you can buy some fresh stevia in gardener store). It’s important to add some healthy fats like coconut oil to your smoothie, because vitamins from plants get absorbed only with fats. You can also add some nuts like almonds or cashews.

What means ‘superfoods’? Superfoods are ‘extras’ to your smoothie like: hemp seeds/hemp protein powder/flax seeds/chia seeds/spirulina/maca/ açai powder/goji berries/bee pollen/raw cacao.

♥ 1cup coco water
♥ 2 hands of fresh spinach
♥ mango
♥ frozen banana
♥ 1 tbsp chia seeds
♥ 2 tbsp goji berries
♥ 1 tsp coco oil
♥ some fresh mint and stevia
♥ raw agave syrup to taste

Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth. Next, add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Voilà!
